Endless snowstorms, freezing cold, and an uncertain economy has car sales skidding off the road in 2014. So carmakers are extending their incentive programs.
Auto sales for the month of March are trickling out this month and so far the numbers look pretty good. Chrysler said it had its best month in four years with sales up 34 percent. Ford also had its best month in years with sales up 5 percent.
Next week, carmakers will unveil their new models at the North American International Auto Show. Cadillac hopes to make a strong showing in the luxury category, but it's a different story for Ford's struggling Lincoln brand.
