Shareholders have voted to allow Jamie Dimon to maintain his role as chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase. After a year in which management mistakes led to the bank losing a fortune on bad bets in the market, there was a proposal to divide up the roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board. Mike Mayo, banking analyst with CLSA, has been asking hard questions in public about how JPMorgan is run.
