'Baywatch' = California, 'Golden Girls' = Florida

This final note today, in which it's quite possible virtually all of American popular culture as seen on television in the past 40 years jumps the shark.

On Business Insider today, we found a map purporting to list the most significant television show ever set in each of the 50 states. California, for instance? "Baywatch."

Pennsylvania? "The Office." Washington state? "Frasier." New Jersey? No, not "Jersey Shore. "The Sopranos," of course.
