Mexican lawmakers pass package of changes to schools

The Mexican Senate has now approved an education reform package. But the changes aren't sitting well with many teachers who are on strike and continue to protest. Enrique Acevedo, Univision reporter and anchor, joins Marketplace Morning host David Brancaccio to discuss the details.
