Unemployment and employment numbers for September are probably the most important government statistics of the month, yet they have been delayed more than two weeks because of the partial government shutdown. Julia Coronado, chief economist North America for BNP Paribas in New York, tells Marketplace Morning Report how the markets are reacting.
