Marijuana growers unionize

This final note today. Organized labor has been in trouble in this country for a while now. Union membership is down, their political influence is in question. But the Teamsters Local in Oakland, Calif. has 40 new members. The Wall Street Journal reported today that employees at a pot-growing company signed union cards last month. That’s pot as in marijuana, the medical kind, which is legal out here.
