Over in Washington, Republicans are releasing an agenda of what they would do if they win the House in November. What to do about the Bush-era taxes will certainly be on their agenda, and our economics editor Chris Farrell weighs in with what he thinks. Staying in the nation's capital, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will unveil its first-ever transportation performance index. Overseas, the world's largest off-shore wind farm is opening off the south coast of England and India is experiencing a bunch of woes as it prepares for the Commonwealth Games.
