Here's an incentive to return people's calls
This final note today, in which we learn once again the rich really are different. A consulting firm called The Spectrem Group did a survey of millionaires. Asked 'em how their financial advisors can keep them happy and, thus, keep their business.
The secret? Return phone calls quickly. Forty percent of people -- well, millionaires -- surveyed expect a call back within two hours. In fact, not getting their calls returned quickly was more likely to make people find new financial advisors than getting lousy financial advice was.
Me? I'm just happy when people call me.
