When was the last time you called a company and actually talked to a human being? It's probably been a while, but companies like Aflac are trying to make the automated phone service a bit friendlier. Also on the note of technology, Netflix announced its plans for Netflix button on remotes for certain TVs that would connect viewers to its video streaming service. California Representative Darrell Issa is asking trade associations and companies for their help in pinpointing what is hurting job creation. Even with high unemployment and mortgage problems, bankruptcy filings haven't been as high as recent years past -- how could that be? Commentator Bethany McLean offers some advice to the Dodd-Frank writers and enforcers. New members of Congress will be sworn in tomorrow, and with the GOP taking the majority in the House, the question is how President Obama plans to deal with it.
