Markets tread water above 15,000

The new normal for the Dow Industrial average seems to be hovering around15,000 points. U.S. markets were down slightly this morning but still trading above the 15,000 mark.

Susan Schmidt, managing director of U.S. equities at Mesirow Financial, joins Marketplace Morning Report host David Brancaccio with the latest.
