Debris must go before the rebuilding can start, but can it be reused? Last week, Apple CEO Tim Cook faced questions about tax avoidance in Washington, DC. Now, the European officials are reportedly looking into whether the company uses unfair tactics that hurt competition. And the city of Detroit is looking to sell off works of art to pay the bills.
