What happens when Amazon moves in?

The wait is over — Amazon finally announced its new headquarter locations. They are near two major metropolitan areas: Crystal City, Virginia, just across the Potomac from Washington, D.C., and Long Island City in Queens, just across the East River from Manhattan.
