For Marketplace Morning Report, Wed., Sept. 21, 2011

In Washington today, Google's chairman Eric Schmidt testifies before the Senate Judiciary Committee against potential antitrust violations, while Congressional Republicans sent a letter to the Federal Reserve begging them that they take no more action to improve the economy, fearing it could make things worse. Insurance companies are losing big because of all of the natural disasters in the last year, and O'Hare airport in Chicago is taking sustainability into its own hands with an on-site, ultra-efficient garden. And we talk to one Apple user who just can't wait for the new iPhone to come out -- which, rumor has it, will be on October 4.

And here are the songs we played today:

  • Tell Me What Will It Be - JavelinBuy
  • Friday Night At The Drive-In Bingo - Jens LekmanBuy
  • Sunday Morning - k-osBuy
  • 4 Dead Monks - Red SnapperBuy
  • Mansard Roof - Vampire WeekendBuy
