Chatroulette’s new redirection

John Moe Oct 28, 2010
Share Now on:

While the novelty of Chatroulette has worn off and traffic is down from a few months ago, the site is still popular. And riddled with penises. So admins on the site – because apparently it has admins – are trying a new approach. If they see something inappropriate, they immediately redirect that web visitor away from Chatroulette and over to the website for Hustler magazine. They then track that user and earn commissions from Hustler for visitors and if those visitors buy anything. User gets to be pervy, everyone else makes money, and everyone wins except the people wondering if there was ever a time when the world was normal.
