New mockumentary addresses net neutrality

U.S. Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski speaks to the media on the importance of net neutrality.

Susan Crawford, fellow at the Roosevelt Institute and author of "Captive Audience," is featured in the video and joins Marketplace Tech host Ben Johnson to discuss.
