The world's next tech hub: Rwanda?

On Mondays we often like to talk big ideas. So how about turning Rwanda into the next Silicon Valley? The country hopes to do just by building what it's calling a "knowledge based economy," with initiatives like infrastructure projects and bringing computing into the country's classrooms. Lerato Mbele of the BBC has the full story.
