This final note today, in which Twitter gets hoisted on its own petard.

The company's got a new app out, as you might have heard. It's called Vine, and lets you post videos -- as long as they're only six seconds long.

Here's the 'oops' part. The Internet, being the Internet -- it didn't take long for six-second-long pornography to make its presence known. Twitter posted one as an Editor's Pick this morning before it was hastily removed. Apologies all the way around, of course.
