It's almost the end of summer, time maybe to get one last camping trip in before school starts. But if your favorite state park campground is booked, you now have another option –to reserve your own personal site on someone's private land.
Blake Romenesko on his land outside Duluth, Minnesota, which he calls Trembling Gardens. He recently started renting out a campsite on his property through a website called Hipcamp.
