This final note on the way out today, in which we announce the relocation of Marketplace World Headquarters to Paris.

I kid! I don’t get to decide, but boy if I did.

They’re talking about a new law over there that lets people ignore their work emails while they’re off the clock.

There was a labor union in Paris that had that in their negotiations a couple of years ago.

Didn’t really work out all that well, as you might expect.

So, yeah, I guess we’ll stay in LA.

There’s a lot happening in the world.  Through it all, Marketplace is here for you.

You rely on Marketplace to break down the world’s events and tell you how it affects you in a fact-based, approachable way. We rely on your financial support to keep making that possible.

Your donation today powers the independent journalism that you rely on. For just $5/month, you can help sustain Marketplace so we can keep reporting on the things that matter to you.
