Kindle sales are way up, says Amazon

John Moe Nov 28, 2011

In keeping with what we’ve been hearing about Black Friday, Amazon.com says everyone went bonkers for Kindles and Kindle Fires. As usual, Amazon didn’t release any actual numbers of units sold (because why would they want to do something like help journalists do their jobs?) but Marketplace Tech Report estimates the number between eleven trillion and seven. Amazon did say that it was their best selling Black Friday ever and that Kindle sales were up four times over last year. Amazon also reported that the Kindle Fire was the best seller over all. When you go to Amazon the only place you can actually find the Kindle line of products is ALL OVER EVERYWHERE SHOVED DOWN YOUR THROAT.
