Dump disposable coffee cups at the office

You don't need paper coffee cups at work, do you? Have all employees bring their own mugs. It'll reduce office waste.

Along the same lines, use a stainless steel coffee filter instead of the paper coffee filters. The coffee will taste better too and it's one less thing to throw away.
