The first election of the 'Arab Spring' took place over the weekend; Tunisia is tallying the votes today. The war in Iraq will soon be over, but will the costs remain? We take a look at how one community bank is different from the big, national banks. Netflix reports its earnings, and President Obama is expected to announce plans to help underwater mortgage-payers get out of trouble.
