What’s the deal with the Internet?

Marc Sanchez Jul 9, 2012

Your Jerry Seinfeld quote bank is about to get some bonus material, as the Seinfeld star embarks on an Internet show. His new web-only show is called “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” which, I know, is a tough title to decipher. Let me break it down. It’s about comedians riding in cars getting coffee. I’m pretty sure there’s joke telling involved too. The show is set to premiere July 19. The Wall Street Journal reports,

Details of the show are being kept under wraps but at least several episodes are expected to appear. Each episode will consist of Mr. Seinfeld having a conversation with a different comedian, according to a person familiar with the show.

Those people familiar with things… they know everything. At least we can all be thankful that Seinfeld didn’t decide to call the show “Comedians as Marriage Refs in Cars Getting Coffee.”
