Activists take on Bank of America with fake website

"Your Bank of America" offers fake customer testimonials that take aim at the major institution's marketing and brand.

This final note today, which I first saw on The Big Picture, Barry Ritholz’s blog.

The Yes Men, the prankster activist group, have struck again. This time Bank of America was the unfortunate object of their attention. They put up a website called Your Bank of America, featuring too-rich-by-half and also completely fake customer testimonials.

Here’s one: “I want my bank to stop acting as if its motto is ‘What would Satan Do.'” And “I’m your money — you should have to pay fees to get to me.”

It’s pretty funny actually. Check it out here.
