On the show today, author Donovan Hohn discussed his new book, “Moby-Duck,” which covered his aquatic travels trying to find out what happened to 28,800 bath toys lost at sea in 1992. Oil prices are rising, which may bring oil companies to some people’s backyard. And some economists are worried the high gas prices will affect the economic recovery. The economy doesn’t seem to be a concern for luxury conglomerate LVMH, which just bought watch and jewelry brand Bulgari today. The hedge fund insider trading trial with Raj Rajaratnam is set to begin soon, and is putting hedge funds in the spotlight.
