House votes to continue controversial IRS program

The "free file" program is controversial because it's run by the same private companies that make money on tax preparation.

Tax Day is approaching and the House just passed a bipartisan measure that would lock in the IRS “Free File” program. The program is controversial because it’s run by the same private companies that make money on tax preparation.
