Chart of the day: VC money and Silicon Valley real estate

The folks over at MatterMark looked at thousands of VC deals and Zillow housing data over a decade and found a (perhaps unsurprising) correlation.  They also checked average housing price against the volume of venture capital deals.  Courtesy:MatterMark
