Food critic Jonathan Gold discusses the new documentary, "City of Gold"

Food critic Jonathan Gold has made a career out of taking a diverse metropolis and spelling it out on a plate. City of Gold is a documentary film coming out tomorrow that follows the Pulitzer prize winning food critic for the Los Angeles Times. Among the fun tidbits revealed in the film — when Gold makes reservations, he uses a series of disposable phones, to keep his identity secret. As he says it, it’s the fat man’s version of the Bourne Identity.
