In the aftermath of its $85 billion acquisition of Time Warner, AT&T has begun restructuring the WarnerMedia division, breaking up some parts and combining others. Strategic reorganization of the big names of WarnerMedia — such as HBO, Turner Broadcasting, Turner Animation, and DC Entertainment — could serve AT&T’s business well.
