Read the memorandum of understanding for tomorrow’s presidential debate

This final note on the way out, just to get you prepped for the debate tomorrow night.

Time magazine has just posted the 21-page — yes, 21-page — memorandum of understanding between the two campaigns and the Commission on Presidential Debates. Nothing about chilled Evian water in the waiting rooms or colored M&Ms, but it’s a pretty good read.

Specific forms of address — Mr. President and Gov. Romney, only, please. No moving from behind respective podiums. Television may tilt or rotate, but will otherwise be locked down.
