A judge ordered a temporary stay that will, for now, that keep the servers of Megaupload’s seized data up and running. Carpathia, a web hosting company that owns some of the servers, says it’s losing $9000 a day while the courts decide what to do. U.S. District Court Judge Liam O’Grady wants Megaupload representatives and hosting companies to work out a deal.
