Things have been a little tough for AT&T lately. Its acquisition of T-Mobile was shot down in flames, it’s been struggling with coming up with enough spectrum to support customers, and now apparently someone has stolen the only dictionary at corporate headquarters because AT&T DOESN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORD UNLIMITED MEANS. The carrier now says it will throttle (that could mean either slow down or strangle, either fits) customers on unlimited plans if they use more than 3 gigs of data per month. Of course, the company also offers a data plan where you can use up to 5 gigs a month and that costs more money. So I think we see where it wants you to go.
