The FBI has had a criminal investigation underway against the software company for the past year. There are no details about the investigation, just that is has to do with software sales to government agencies in some African countries. I’m guessing we’re talking more than a few bottles of ‘gnac at the gentleman’s clubs. The US has been cracking down on the particular anti-bribery law that would apply to this case; HP and IBM have been the targets of similar investigations.
