We heard two numbers from the Labor Department this morning: The unemployment rate dropped to a near-two year low of 9 percent, but the economy increased just 36,000 jobs — the fewest in four months. Economists are concerned about the inconsistency in January's numbers, as Jaclyn Giovis explains.
