There's a big EU summit going on in Brussels today, and it appears leaders have come up with an agreement that may help ease the debt crisis — at least somewhat.
European leaders met for yet another time, this time striking a deal that would allow the European Commission to oversee budgets and fine countries for getting into too much debt. But it won't solve the major eurozone issues.
Brussels isn't the first city people may think of in Europe, but it is home to both the United Nations and the European Commission. Today, European leaders came to a tentative deal there to save the EU.
