President-elect Donald Trump announced he’ll nominate billionaire businessman Vincent Viola to be Secretary of the Army. In its announcement, Team Trump called Viola “well positioned to help guide a Fortune 10-sized company, the U.S. Army, to accomplish its broad mission in the most innovative and efficient way possible.” We ask, how?
