Nike and LeBron make a lifelong commitment

This final note involves Lebron James, the American stock market, Nike and buckets full of cold hard cash.

The company announced Monday afternoon it’s signed James to a lifetime endorsement deal, its first lifetime contract (exact size of the buckets of cash not disclosed).

ESPN reports that it’s the biggest single athlete contract Nike’s ever done — and remember that includes Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan.
