SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - JULY 09: Shoppers gather to buy fruit and vegetables at a store in the suburb of Fairfield on July 09, 2021 in Sydney, Australia. NSW Police today launched a high visibility operation across Sydney's southwestern suburbs to enforce compliance with public health orders. The operation comes as COVID-19 cases in the areas grow. Lockdown restrictions hare in place across Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Wollongong as NSW health authorities work to contain the growing COVID-19 cluster. Restrictions will remain in place until midnight on Friday 16 July. All residents in areas subject to stay-at-home orders are only permitted to leave their homes for essential reasons, including purchasing essential goods, accessing or providing care or healthcare, work, education and exercise.
