This week, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew will be in Germany to meet with his counterpart, Wolfgang Schäuble. On the agenda is the U.S. Treasury’s criticism that Germany is putting too much emphasis on selling to the rest of Europe, instead of buying more. The U.S. says this bias toward domestic consumption hurts the rest of Europe, but Germany may not be in the mood to be told what do by the U.S. The BBC’s Damien McGuinness reports from Berlin.
