When it comes to large social networks Google Plus is the one nobody really uses. But the tech giant has been working in new features to change that. And today comes the launch of Google Helpouts. It’s kind of like the company’s video conferencing tool Google Hangouts, except it’s like being able to video chat live with one of a group of experts the company is paying to be available.
