This final note today, one that will be of interest to those who give their kids their smartphones to play with as a way to get a little peace and quiet.

The Federal Trade Commission said today it’s got some concerns about a lot of those apps kids play with. Non-disclosure of what kinds of data’s being collected, how it’s being used — the usual stuff.

Worrisome, yes. But a good game of Angry Birds does buy you a whole lot of time, I’ll tell you that.
