Playlist: Four Seasons

Vivaldi’s Four Seasons if I can choose, or maybe the Brandenburg Concertos. Maybe even Yo Yo Ma, or Native American Flute by Carlos Nakai.

I played classical violin growing up, so I like it by osmosis. I choose these or similar chamber suites or even Aaron Copeland, since they are all relaxing. I know them, I understand them, what they say, what they are invoking, so they all are very comforting. My version of “comfort food.” My wife Cheryl also loves many of these, so they remind me of her and makes me feel relaxed.
