This final note today, which should just about kill any craving for a snack you're having right about now.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is out with its annual list of food porn. That is, the fattiest, most caloric meals out there.

Topping the charts is The Cheesecake Factory's Bistro Shrimp Pasta -- 3,120 calories, 89 grams of fat, a thousand miligrams of sodium.

That's like, what, four meals all in one?

I sometimes wonder if we are being fattened up for an upcoming alien invasion or something!
When shopping for groceries look at the serving size. More and more items list multiple servings.
One microwavable meal has two and a half servings, a two ounce snack bag has three servings, or a small can with only two raviolis in it has three and a half servings.
I remember hearing a story where a package meal producer's CEO survived a hart attack and every meal they made, every meal, had too much fat, salt, and sugar in it for the CEO to safely eat.
