Before the uprisings in Egypt, unions had an uncomfortably close relationship with the government. Now, with newer, independent unions taking the stage, bus driver Ahmed Hassan Suleiman Ali is hoping to finally get the health care he needs. David Brancaccio explores the labor of getting Egyptian unions to do their jobs.
