While Cairo’s swelling population clings to the Nile, some Egyptians are heading for the outskirts, seeking better living conditions in developments like Haram City. But not all of them are there voluntarily, and new resident Ahmed Abd-el-Tawab tells us that there’s no replacement for the neighborhood he left behind.
