Spring is officially here, and in addition to daffodils, there may be more “for sale” signs popping up on front yards. According to data out Friday from the National Association of Realtors, sales of existing homes rose nearly 12 percent last month. One month does not a trend make, but an increase in home sales beats the alternative, even if it’s only for a short time.
