Thanksgiving is one of those rare occasions where many people plan for leftovers.  But while some are content with a sandwich, there are ways to be more creative with turkey.

Chef Melissa King, a former Top Chef finalist who now works as a chef ambassador with Whole Foods, joined Marketplace Weekend to talk turkey — and to discuss bringing the Thanksgiving approach to leftovers and reuse to every day meals.
