Ponce, Puerto Rico: An abandoned city

Puerto Rico is a small island, but to get a sense of things, you’ve got to get out of the capital, San Juan. Reporter Andy Uhler visited the town of Ponce, in the south, to see how government debt is affecting residents and how things are changing there.
