Just before the Senate left town on recess this afternoon, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell gave his Kentucky colleague and GOP presidential hopeful, Rand Paul, some holiday cheer.
When they get back, McConnell’s gonna hold a vote on one of Paul’s pet projects: a bill that would let the GAO audit the Fed’s monetary policy decisions.
