I’m nobody’s idea of the world’s biggest Taylor Swift fan. I mean, she’s fine, but holy cow is she a smart businesswoman.

We’ve talked before about how she trademarked a bunch of different phrases from her latest album “1989,” when she was out on tour earlier this year.

Today we learned she’s filed to protect “Swiftmas.”

As in Merry Swiftmas, everybody.

I don’t know, I’m thinking maybe Merry Kaimas? Merry Ryssdalmas? 

There’s a market for that, I’m telling you. 

Yeah, no, I’m going with Merry Kaimas — gotta get a lawyer for that.
